We employ a Promoter through which every event is programmed.  Other members of staff and volunteers may pass details on to our Promoter, however it is the responsibility of anyone arranging gigs or events to speak directly to the Promoter before confirmation can be accepted.

TOP TIPS:

• Make sure your demo / songs are ready to be used to get gigs - you may be judged on their quality!
• Put your best track on the demo first; people don't want to wade through weaker songs to get to the big finish!  Just get straight to the best material.
• Don't just write demanding a gig or saying how great you are; we hear that a lot!  Tell us who to your main contact is, where you've been playing, what you sound like etc.
• Include a good, print quality picture of the band - that means at least 300 dots per inch resolution [that means we can use it in our publicity material].

We get asked for way more gigs slots that we can ever possibly promote - however we also run a very succesful acoustic night - Loosely Acoustic - which is a great way of us assessing your act and possibly leading to a 'full on' gig.
