Welcome to Green Dragon Studios

Green Dragon Studios consist of fully equipped rehearsal spaces, a recording studio with live rooms and isolation booth; we also have a hard-wired link to The Georgian Theatre - our venue situated just next door - offering all manner of possibilities from recording gigs through to larger ensembles.

The studios were opened in March 2007 by Feargal Sharkey - former Undertone's lead vocalist and Chairman of the Government's Live Music Forum - now CEO of UK Music.

To book a rehearsal room, click here.  We are open until 10pm Tuesday to Thursday inclusive; and from 2pm until 8pm every Sunday - for rehearsals.

Prices are currently £7 per room, per hour - which includes vocal PA and 2 x microphones.  Drums (£3) and backline amplifiers (£2) can be hired on a per session basis.

Recordings are charged at a rate of £30 per hour or £25 per hour if a project takes more than 10 hours to complete.  Sessions are arranged at mutualy agreed times; because recording sessions need to be tailored to suit your individual needs, please contact us direct to make a booking for the recording studio on 01642 606525.
