At Tees Music Alliance we recognise the value of volunteers and as such we run regular induction  for potential volunteers. The induction covers all areas of TMA work and following completion, placements with us or similar organisations may be organised.

Volunteering with TMA offers a unique opportunity to gain real insight into the music industry as well as opportunity to gain new skills. We are looking for switched on, interested and keen individuals who want to get on and don't mind getting stuck into whatever comes along!

In return for all your hard work we will reimburse your travel expenses, provide support and supervision within your role and provide opportunity for progression routes into the music industry.

We welcome people of any age to get involved in volunteering and are eager for a broad range of people to be involved in the running of TMA and its events.
